I’m Not Dead (Update + 3 New Fun Writing Websites)

Hello again.

I wanted to check in, since it might be a couple weeks before I can get back to writing normal posts.

Long story short, my laptop is broken. I have access to the family Chromebook, but I don’t have access to all the pictures and blog outlines that were on my laptop. So… yeah. Hopefully I can get my laptop fixed soon.

In the meantime, here are some other writing websites I think you should check out:

  • Coffitivity (https://coffitivity.com/) has great coffee shop background noise, so you feel like you’re working at a coffee shop without leaving your house.
  • Language is a Virus (https://www.languageisavirus.com/) has a bunch of cool prompt generators, word games, and text generators to play around with while you’re writing.
  • Cliche Finder (https://westegg.com/cliche/) is an index of over 3,000 cliches and sayings. This is helpful if you’re writing poetry, but it’s also fun to just play around with. (I had no idea there was a saying about “houseguests and fish stink after three days.” I’m totally using that from now on.)

These kinds of posts are mainly to tell the Google algorithm that I’m not dead yet. So if you’re here, thank you for reading this. Make sure to check out some of my other posts as well!

If you’re new here, welcome! Follow my blog, stick around, and I’ll be back to my normal posting schedule (every other Monday) as soon as I get my computer fixed!
